1. Access Grant

By connecting to the Mesh, you are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to transmit signals through our infrastructure. This grant is contingent upon adherence to our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and fair usage limits.

2. Prohibited Signals

The following content patterns will trigger automatic interdiction by our defense layers:

  • High-velocity spam or unsolicited broadcasts.
  • Deceptive signals (phishing, spoofing).
  • Content violating regional digital sovereignty laws.

3. Capacity & Velocity

While the Mesh is elastic, we enforce rate limits to preserve system integrity. Velocity checks are applied at the edge. Exceeding these limits without prior authorization may result in temporary signal dampening.

4. Liability & Indemnity

We provide the infrastructure "as is." While we strive for 99.99% signal fidelity, we are not liable for downstream carrier failures or atmospheric interference. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your specific use of the Mesh.
